Kennedy and Kaitlyn

22So let’s do it—full of belief, confident that we’re presentable inside and out. 23Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word. 24Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, 25not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching.

Tuesday.

We just got back from the High Risk Dr. (she is awesome, by the way)
and we have a new update for everyone.
Another long visit today as the ultrasound was thorough and
measurements were taken.
Lots of numbers today.....ugh.

But here is the gist:
Kenndy is 2 lbs.
Kaitlyn is 1.5 lbs.
Discordance between them is now 23.3% (up from the 17%)

In addition to the discordance in weight,
they also look at their own (each one separately) to determine what
percentile they are in. Kennedy is in the 62nd percentile and Kaitlyn is
in the 32nd percentile. Our doctor today said that greater than 10 % is
good. She said Kennedy is over the 50% mark and Kaitlyn is under.
BUT, they ARE still growing. Kennedy grew 16 oz. Kaitlyn grew 11oz.
We are not out of the woods, yet. Still need to let God do his thing.

Hopefully Kennedy is just plump. And Kaitlyn is skinny or small.

The next 7 weeks are critical. She wants to get us through the 7
weeks for further development. We have another appnt in three weeks,
which is May 2. Lindsay goes on Thursday to her OB for blood work to
check iron, antibodies (Rh factor), and sugar level.

The doctor was pretty firm about two things for Lindsay: iron
supplements, emphasis on rest and NO stress. She emphasized resting
before and after work and while she is working to sit down as much as
possible.

Oh and good nutrition as she is doing. More rest and water. So she is
laying in bed now as I type.

We can't thank everyone enough for their prayers and concern.
Letters, e mails, calls, everything has been very much appreciated.
This has been a huge rOlLeRcOaStEr and it will continue to be.
(rollercoaster) :)

Continue to pray. It is so emotionally exhausting as well. Each visit to the high risk
wears us out. I had dreams all night long before we went today. Thanks
again for your prayers. May God continue to be praised and receive glory in all of this.
In His Grip,
Tony and Lindsay

God will always protect and bless his people if they trust him. I know you will, but even in the hardest times just reach for God and he will comfort you .You and your family are in my prayers.

    God Bless,
